Our team recently conducted a full functional test on a 400 kg capacity aerial work platform truck — a custom-built export model tailored to a client's specifications. Three engineers worked together on-site to verify every key system before delivery.
What We Tested
- Basket load capacity – Full 400 kg static and dynamic load verification in the elevated position
- Boom extension – Multi-stage arm extension tested across the full working range for smooth, controlled movement
- Basket rotation – 360° basket rotation confirmed for maximum positioning flexibility at height
- Independent ground-level control station – The external operator cab was tested separately, allowing a ground operator to control all functions independently — a key safety feature for complex job sites
